Essential oils
and its effect on our mind and body
Essential oils are essences that are extracted from the plants, parts of plants or flowers, in the case of nuts (oranges, lemons, mandarins etc.) from the peel, or from resins (incense).
We understand them as the "soul" of plants.
There is a lot to read and even more to know about the use and effects of essential oils.
This is also justified, because essential oils have numerous and unique properties, from which their modes of action and various possible uses result.
At this point we would like to give you an impression of how essential oils basically work.
The wonderful thing about essential oils is that they act directly on our brain and thus also on its control mechanisms. In this way they regulate physical and psychological processes. The essences penetrate our body through the mucous membranes and the skin and enter the bloodstream through the connective tissue and the lymphatic system.
The most direct and immediate way is to smell / inhale essential oils.
They reach the organs assigned to them via the nasal mucosa and the skin and are excreted again via the kidneys and lungs. When used correctly, they also support our skin with its numerous functions through contact with our skin.
